Go to Support, select your order in the left panel, then send a message. If you don't see any conversation yet, start one from the "Start chat from Order" form.

First select a conversation on the left. The input will enable automatically. If it still fails, refresh the page and try again. Messages require being a participant (customer of the order or the vendor).

Open your Orders page. Shipped orders show a tracking number when provided by the vendor.

Go to My Addresses to add, edit or set a default address. On checkout, select a saved address or enter one manually.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is supported. Payment status is marked paid when the vendor confirms delivery or taps "Mark Payment Received" for COD.

Start a conversation via Support with the vendor. Provide your order number, product, and reason. The vendor will guide you through the return process.

Register from Become a Vendor. After login, manage products and orders from the Vendor Dashboard.

Open the Vendor panel and click Support Messages in the left sidebar. Pick a conversation to reply.

From Vendor Orders, update the fulfillment status. When set to shipped, add a tracking number to make it visible to the customer.

Make sure cookies are enabled. Try a hard refresh. If issues persist, log out and back in, or contact support via the chat once logged in.
