• Vendor management tools and dashboard
• Mobile money integration for local payments

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Types

• Customer Accounts: For purchasing products and services
• Vendor Accounts: For selling products (subject to approval)
• Business Accounts: For registered businesses with additional verification

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Vendor Terms and Conditions

Vendor Approval Process

• All vendor applications are subject to review and approval
• We may require additional documentation for verification
• Approval does not guarantee continued access to the platform

Product Listings

• Vendors are responsible for accurate product descriptions and pricing
• All products must comply with Ugandan laws and regulations
• Prohibited items include illegal goods, counterfeit products, and harmful substances
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies

Order Fulfillment

• Vendors must fulfill orders within the specified timeframe
• Vendors are responsible for product quality and customer satisfaction
• Vendors must handle returns and refunds according to our policies

Commission and Payments

• OjjoShop charges a commission on each successful transaction
• Commission rates are clearly displayed in the vendor dashboard
• Payments are processed according to our payment schedule
• Vendors are responsible for their own tax obligations

5. Customer Terms and Conditions

Purchasing

• All purchases are subject to product availability
• Prices are displayed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX)
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for various reasons including pricing errors

Payment

• We accept mobile money payments through our integrated partners
• Payment must be completed to confirm your order
• We use secure payment processing to protect your financial information

Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
• Additional charges may apply for remote locations

6. Returns and Refunds

• Return policies vary by vendor and product type
• Customers have the right to return defective or misrepresented products
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method
• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective
• Digital products and perishable items may not be eligible for returns

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Engaging in fraudulent activities
• Uploading malicious software or content
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Creating fake accounts or reviews
• Attempting to circumvent our security measures

• Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant us license to use it

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction
• We are not responsible for the actions of vendors or customers
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of product information provided by vendors
• We are not liable for service interruptions or technical issues

10. Dispute Resolution

• We encourage users to resolve disputes directly when possible
• Our customer support team can assist with dispute mediation
• Disputes that cannot be resolved may be subject to arbitration
• These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda
• Legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Uganda

12. Modifications to Terms
