Account & Registration

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
Yes! Log into your account and go to "My Profile" to update your personal information, address, phone number, and email preferences.
If you wish to delete your account, please contact our customer service team. We'll be sad to see you go and will ask for feedback to improve our service.

Orders & Shopping

Browse our products, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, choose payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting customer service. After this time, the order may have already been processed by the vendor.
Log into your account and go to "My Orders" to see real-time tracking information. You'll also receive SMS updates when your order status changes.
If an item becomes out of stock after you order, we'll contact you immediately to offer alternatives or a full refund. You can also set up stock alerts for future availability.

Payment & Pricing

We accept Mobile Money (MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money), bank transfers, and cash on delivery. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
No hidden fees! The price you see is what you pay. Delivery fees (if applicable) are clearly shown during checkout before you complete your order.
Currently, we don't offer installment payments, but we're working on this feature. For high-value items, you can contact customer service to discuss payment options.
Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways. We never store your complete payment information on our servers.

Delivery & Pickup

We offer home delivery and pickup from convenient locations across Kampala. Delivery times vary by location, typically 1-3 business days.
Delivery costs vary by location and order value. Orders over UGX 100,000 qualify for free delivery. Pickup is always free from our partner locations.
We offer morning (9am-1pm) and afternoon (2pm-6pm) delivery slots. Specific time requests can be made in the order notes, though we can't guarantee exact times.
Our delivery team will call you before arrival. If you're not available, we can reschedule delivery or deliver to a pickup location at no extra cost.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Some items like perishables and personal care products cannot be returned.
Contact customer service or use the return form in your account. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions. Return shipping is free for defective items.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The money will be credited back to your original payment method.
Yes! If you want a different size, color, or similar item, we can arrange an exchange. Contact customer service to discuss exchange options.

All vendors go through a strict verification process including business registration, product quality checks, and customer service standards before being approved on our platform.
Contact our customer service team immediately. We mediate all disputes and ensure fair resolution. Vendors with repeated issues are removed from our platform.

Yes! Only verified customers who have purchased an item can leave reviews. We have strict policies against fake reviews and regularly monitor review quality.
